We teamed up with my long time client, Rebecca Harrison, to put together the courses on these subjects. Rebecca is a retired FBI agent and is very good at explaining and teaching the topics in a way we can all understand. She also has MANY things that we should be doing in the salons and spas to protect ourselves, staff and clients. She explains perfectly how to take action and get going on doing the very important tasks we need to be doing for everyone in the salon and spa today!
The new 2026 courses are ready to go! South Carolina has gone to STRICTLY health and safety CE courses, and no longer approving ANYTHING that relates to actually expanding our knowledge in how we actually perform our services and techniques.
I consider it to be very much health and safety related when we teach proper techniques. After all, we all use products and chemicals that can be a hazard if not used properly. Unfortunately, this is not considered health and safety related because it would be actual demonstration of a service (apparently a no no).
We will all miss the days of real true technique training for CE credit, but that doesn't mean we stop getting training!
