Hello my beautiful friends!
I want to share something HUGELY important when it comes to your clients returning to your chair regularly. As beauty professionals, it is our responsibility to reach out to our clients. If we don't reach out to them, we run the risk of losing them. An easy way to make sure we don't lose contact with them is through a simple phone call or text message.
I encourage you to flip back in your book to four weeks ago. Looking at that week of clients, find those who have not yet rescheduled their next appointment with you. Now it's time for action!
Simply take out your phone and start calling. You can also send a text, but I think a call is much more personal and shows your willingness to make an extra effort for them. You will be amazed at how your appointment book will fill up and your clients will feel loved by the fact that you remembered them. Do this same exercise for your clients who haven't rescheduled since 6, 8, and even 12 weeks ago.
This simple gesture will increase your clients respect and love for you, increase your relationship with them, and increase your bank account. It really is a win-win!
