If we don't reach out to them, we run the risk of losing them. An easy way to make sure we don't lose contact with them is through a simple phone call or text message. 

I encourage you to flip back in your book to four weeks ago. Looking at that week of clients, find those who have not yet rescheduled their next appointment with you. Now it's time for action!
